Cooking Class this week: Pinwheels!

Blake chose to make pinwheels this week. We chose a no-cook recipe and got pre-cooked chicken and beef. After looking through my fridge, a package of bacon was calling out. Last month I purchased a microwave bacon cooker thingy. It works great and only needs about 5 minutes.

The great thing about making pinwheels is you don't really need to follow a recipe. We jammed lots of veggies, meat, and cream cheese in there. Our pinwheels were so full we had a hard time rolling them up! BUT they were delicious AND healthy.
